Correct way to put on compression garments:
To correctly put on compression leggings, roll the leggings into a bundle, slide one foot in, and pull them up slowly, smoothing out wrinkles over your ankle, knee, and thighs. Use rubber gloves for a better grip and to prevent snags from your nails or rings. The final fit should feel snug but not painful, with the fabric smooth and evenly distributed.

I wish I had of tried these months ago, I have found them very comfortable - no bunching around the back of knees (which has been an issue for me with other compression) and level of compression is just right helping to reduce swelling and pain from Lipedema. If you have been undecided about giving these a try I would highly recommend to do so. One happy Lippi Lady here! :-)
Really enjoying the dark gray colour which is very versatile. Seem lighter than previous compression tights I have worn and I like the slightly lower waistband (compared to Bioflect). The ridging is more noticeable than Bioflect so takes a few wears to get used too. I am very happy with these for the summer. Christina is also very helpful to talk to.
