Correct way to put on compression garments:
To correctly put on compression leggings, roll the leggings into a bundle, slide one foot in, and pull them up slowly, smoothing out wrinkles over your ankle, knee, and thighs. Use rubber gloves for a better grip and to prevent snags from your nails or rings. The final fit should feel snug but not painful, with the fabric smooth and evenly distributed.

This is not my first pair of Bioflect compression, I wear these regularly during the weekends or when I feel I need a lower level of compression. They are super comfortable, no bunching around the knees, no roll over waist. I follow the care instructions and I get months of wear. Just love these!
