Drainage
Lymphatic drainage treatment is a gentle massage technique that uses light, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system and help fluid flow through the body.
It aims to reduce swelling, support the immune system by helping the body flush out waste and toxins, and promote recovery after surgery or illness.
The therapy can also improve circulation and is sometimes used in combination with other treatments like compression bandages and exercise for certain conditions.
