Frequently asked questions
Compression
Size and fit
Lipoedema
Compression improves blood flow and lymphatic drainage, reducing swelling and discomfort. It helps prevent symptoms from getting worse and keeps you comfortable.
Compression wear can benefit anyone — from athletes and frequent travellers to those experiencing tired, achy legs, swelling, or circulation issues. It’s also recommended for individuals with medical conditions such as diabetes, lipoedema,
or a history of blood clots.
When should I put on my compression wear?
The best time to put them on is in the morning before swelling builds up. Measurements taken later in the day can lead to choosing a size that’s too large.
It’s usually not recommended to wear compression garments while sleeping, as they can bunch up and restrict circulation. Check with your healthcare provider for advice.
