Correct way to put on compression garments:
To correctly put on compression leggings, roll the leggings into a bundle, slide one foot in, and pull them up slowly, smoothing out wrinkles over your ankle, knee, and thighs. Use rubber gloves for a better grip and to prevent snags from your nails or rings. The final fit should feel snug but not painful, with the fabric smooth and evenly distributed.
